Social Demand and Cultivation of the Financial Talents of the High Vocational College

我国社会经济持续快速发展,对金融人才提出越来越高的需求。金融高校(或专业)虽已做出很大的努力,但人才供需矛盾尚未得到缓解,金融业的发展不断提出更高的人才要求,高职金融人才的培养必须有相应对策。

The social economy of our country is developing fast and continuously and this proposes more and higher demand for financial talents. Though the financial university （or the specialty） has already made very great efforts, talent＇s imbalance between supply and demand has not been relieved yet, and the development of financial circles is putting forward higher talent＇s requirement constantly. Therefore, there must be corresponding counter measures in the cultivation of the financial talents of the professorship.
