对辽宁高职院校冬季体育教学的探索

The Proper Way to Develop PE Class in Winter in Liaoning

辽宁地处祖国东北,冬季漫长而寒冷。由于一些客观因素的影响,使冬季体育教学成为高职院校一个薄弱环节。存在冬季体育课内容贫乏、形式单一,没有明显地域特点等问题。因此,提出几点冬季体育教学的建议。

Liaoning lies in the northeast of China, and it has cold and long winters. Because of various reasons, Physical Education in winter becomes a weak point lack of contents, variation and features of northeast winter. This article lists some of the problems that exist in PE classes in winter in Liaoning and put forwards some good suggestions as to how to improve the PE classes in winter.
