即将走入社会的高职学生,在就业过程中存在着各种各样的心理矛盾与想法,高职院校应利用心理健康教育课,开展有针对性的心理健康教育,帮助学生确立正确就业目标,树立自信心,提高心理承受能力,促进学生的心理自我完善,培养学生脚踏实地的精神,增强应变能力。

For the students who are going to graduate, there are various conflicts in their psychology when they make job hunting. The article analyzes some disadvantages that can lead to their mental obstacle, and put forward how to strength mental education for such students in daily life, help them adjust their mind to face the pressure of employment as well.
