随着校园网在高校中普及,对提高高校的管理水平具有非常重要的意义。基于Browser/Server结构的高校智能办公自动化信息系统,为了防止非法用户侵入,电子公文在校园网上传递真实性和不可否认性,提出在C++语言下实现校园网管理系统中数字签名的电子公文,从而保证公文处理的真实性和系统的安全性。

The popularity of campus network in higher institutions of learning exerts a very influential, significance on the improvement of higher institutions＇ administration. In order to prevent the interference of illegal users and for electronic documents to transfer authenticity and undesirability on the campus network ,the college intelligent office automated information system on programming with C^＋＋ proposes a kind of electronic documents that achieves digital signature in the management system of campus network so as to guarantee the authenticity of document processing and the system＇s safety.
