The paper puts forward the third kind sort method Random Sort besides sort ascending and sort descending, and divide Random Sort into Full Random Sort and Part Random Sort. In the end, the paper narrates the Algorithm Establishment of Random Sort on Visual Basic 6 and C^＋＋ and an application in forming examination numbers.
