摘要
目的观察助听器无线调频系统(hearingaid-frequencymodulated,HA-FM)对于助听器听力补偿效果的影响。方法在不同的声音环境下,分别采用麦克风(microphone,M)、无线调频(frequencymodulated,FM)、无线调频+麦克风(frequencymodulated+microphone,FM+M)三种输入方式,观察HA-FM使用者的言语听辨率和言语交流变化。结果在安静环境下,近距离交流时,HA-FM的不同输入方式对言语听辨没有影响,在嘈杂环境下或远距离交流时,FM输入方式的听辨率几乎不受影响,M、FM+M的听辨率则明显下降。结论在复杂的声音环境中,HA-FM是一种非常有用的助听辅助设备。
Objective To observe the influence of HAJFM combination system on hearing compensatory effects by using hearing aids. Methods Used different input methods(M,FM,FM+M), the speech listening discrimination and Speech Communication changes of HA/FM users were studied under various environment. Results The different ways of HAJFM had no influence on speech listening discrimination under quiet environment and close quarters communication. While in noise surroundings and long distance communication, the Speech Listening Discrimination was unchanged through FM input methods, but was obviously declined using M or FM+M ways. Conclusion HA/FM combination system was a very useful hearing aids assistant facility in complicated sound environment.
