摘要
通过对电子商务中服务器上的日志文件等W eb数据进行客户访问信息的分析,重点研究了客户分析系统的数据采集、数据处理以及跟踪客户在W eb上的浏览行为并进行模式分析,并构建了用户访问模式的挖掘模型及算法的分析与实现。
In electronic commerce, the users browsing behavior can be discovered by applying data mining technology on Web data such as server logs. This paper studies the customer analysis system is composed of data collection, data disposal and pattern analyzing access come after the users browsing behavior on Web, and create mining model of the users access pattern and its algorithm analyzing and implement.
