摘要
六亚甲基二氨基二甲酸甲酯是绿色合成六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)的前体。利用碳酸二甲酯与己二胺反应生成六亚甲基二氨基二甲酸甲酯,考察了在新型催化剂CH3COONa作用下反应的影响条件。得出了反应的较佳工艺:己二胺和催化剂的摩尔比为10,碳酸二甲酯和己二胺的摩尔比为8,反应温度353 K,反应时间8 h。并对反应机理及合成工艺进行了讨论。
In the presence of CH3COONa, dimethyl-hexane-1,6-dicarbamate was synthesized through the reaction of dimethyl carbonate with 1,6-hexanediamine. The conditions of the reaction were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as following: the molar ratio of catalyst and 1,6 -hexanediamine 1/10, the molar ratio of dimethyl carbonate to 1,6 -hexanediamine 8, reaction temperature 353 K, reaction time 8 h. A possible mechanism was proposed.
