摘要
基于速率方程的离散算法,实现了对环形腔双包层掺Tm3+光纤激光器的动态特性分析;研究了光纤不同位置处3H4和3F4能级粒子数以及激光功率的变化。结果表明:光纤不同位置处稳态振荡前3H4和3F4能级粒子数及激光功率随时间呈现不同的变化特点。不同位置弛豫振荡开始的时间相同,但达到稳态的时间并不相同;不同位置振荡开始时的最大峰值功率和到达稳态时的功率亦不相同。
Based on the discrete algorithm of rate equations, an analysis of the dynamic behavior of Tm^3+-doped double-clad fiber laser with a ring cavity was carried out. The changes of both the population in ^3H4 and ^3F4 levels and laser power were studied at different positions of fiber. The results show that the changes have different characteristics, and both the maximum peak powers of relaxation oscillation and the steady-state power are different at different positions. This study further shows that the time of relaxation oscillation starting at different positions is almost the same, but that of reaching steady state is different.
