摘要
以结构上有可比性的环丙烷羧酸为原料,合成了环丙烷双酰肼化合物,结构经红外和核磁验证。生物活性测定结果表明,在250mg/L的浓度下,化合物1,1'-二羧酸乙酯偕二甲基环丙烷双酰肼对蚕豆蚜虫有较好杀虫活性。
Diacylhydrazine cyclopropane compounds were synthesized from cyclopropanecarboxylic acids which have comparable characters in the structures. Their structures were confirmed by IR spectrum and ^-H NMR. Biological activity of the compounds were studied and the result indicated that the compound 1,1＇-ethyl dicarboxylate gemdimethyl-cyclopropanediacylhydrazine has good activity against bean aphidsin at 250mg/L.
