肟菌酯对9种植物病原真菌室内活性测定 被引量:10

摘要 室内测定结果表明,50%肟菌酯WG对供试的9种重要植物病原真菌均有较强的抑制活性。孢子萌发法及对黄瓜霜霉病和黄瓜白粉病的活体试验测得其EC50值均低于3.6008μg/mL,EC90值均小于80μg/mL,但对水稻恶苗病菌孢子萌发的影响较小。除灰霉病菌外,药剂对供试病原菌菌丝生长具抑制作用,尤其对水稻稻瘟病菌和水稻稻曲病菌有特效,其EC90值分别为0.0246μg/mL和0.0446μg/mL,但对番茄早疫病菌、辣椒炭疽病菌、水稻恶苗病菌的抑制作用不随药剂浓度的提高而增强。 In laboratory tests, 50% trifloxystrobin WG showed significant inhibitory effect on spore germination of nine species of plant pathogenic fungi. EC50 values of this chemical were less than 3.6008μg/mL and EC90s less than 80μg/mL inhibiting spores germination and activity of Pseudoperonospora cubensis and Sphaerotheca fuliginea in vivo, but it appeared a little activity to Gibberella fujikuroi. Trifloxystrobin strongly inhibited mycelium growth of most tested fungi but Botrytis cinerea. Specially, Magnaporthe grisea and Ustilaginoidea viren showed supersensitive to the chemical with EC50s 0.0246μg/mL and 0.0446μg/mL. Inhibitions of mycelium growth rates of Alternaria.solani, Colletotrichum capsici and Gibberellafujikuroi were not increasing with adding treatment concentrations of the fungicide.
