摘要
本文采用接触有限元方法对车灯壳体总成的气密性进行了分析,得出位移曲线,并对影响变形的主要因素进行优化,最终得到合理的灯具结构,为改进制造和装配工艺提供了理论依据。
This paper has analyzed the airtightness of auto lamps shell using the contact analysis of finite element method, has obtained the displacement curve, the primary factor that affected the distortion is optimized, finally obtained the reasonable structure of auto lamps, this methods provide a good theory for structure improvement and assemble planning.
