摘要
根据GB4156-84《金属杯突试验方法》,研制在伺服万能试验机或微机控制压力试验机上应用的杯突试验夹具。按规定在对试样周边施加10kN的夹紧力并在杯突冲头与试样接触后,试验机开始运行加载,根据压头冲压力衰减判断试样透光,以此判定杯突值。
According to GB4156-84《The method of metal cupping test》, develop the cupping grips that can be used in servo universal testing machine and computer control pressure testing machine. When cupping head contact the specimen, Add the load after Griping the specimen through adding 10kN force around the side of specimen, the testing machine start up. then according to pressure attenuation of press head, Estimate the light pass through specimen, then confirm the cupping value.
