摘要
讨论了到目前为止以原子吸收和原子发射作为水样和底泥样中有机锡形态分析检测手段的一些进展,评述了离子态有机锡化合物的萃取及其衍生方法;还讨论了仪器检测灵敏度、选择性及实用性方面的一些进展,最后论及了测定误差来源及分析结果的可靠性。
Recent development of speciation analysis of organotin in water samples and sediments by gas chromatography with atomic emission and atomic absorption spectrometric detection is discussed.Extraction separation of ionic organotin compounds and their convertion to gas ehromatographable species are reviewed.Advances in instrumentation with respect to sensi- tivity,selectivity and applicability to real sample analysis are discussed.It is also concerned to sources of error and accuracy of the data obtained.
