关于高校国有资产保值增值的几点思考

Meditations on the Value Insurance and Increment in the State Property in Institution of Higher Learning

针对当前高校国有资产管理存在的问题,提出了确保高校国有资产的保值、增值应从管理体制的健全、加强国有资产的评估考核体系及管理队伍建设这三大方面思考对策。

Targeting on the existing problems in the value insurance and increment in the state property in institution of higher learning, this paper points out that aiming at insuring and increasing in value of the state property, institution of higher learning should improve the management system, strengthen the evaluation system on the state property and perfect the administrative department.
