摘要
黄芩苷是黄芩的有效成分之一,具有清除氧自由基、减轻组织的缺血再灌注损伤、扩张血管、保护心肌细胞、抗心律失常等多方面作用。本文就黄芩苷的心脑血管药理作用作一综述。
Baicalin is one of the effectory compositions extracted from the Scutellaria baicalensis georgi. A lot of daicalin has the effects of cleaning oxygen free radicals,decreasing the ischemia-reperfusion injury,relaxing the blood vessel,protecting the myocardial cells and inbibiting arrhythmias This review is involved in the reseaarch advanccs in pharmacology of baicalin in the field of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
