表皮生长因子结构和生物学效应 被引量：21

摘要 通过文献调研,综述了表皮生长因子(EGF)的结构与生物学活性,以及EGF与它的受体(EGFR)的作用机理。同时介绍了EGF在创面愈合、肝损伤修复和再生、神经系统、皮肤、胃肠道、眼角膜的修复和肿瘤中的的作用及生物学效应。
