我院3种口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Three Kinds of Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs for Treating Type-2 DM in our Hospital

目的评价我院3种口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果,并探讨其经济学效果。方法选择102例2型糖尿病患者随机分成3组,A组:格列美脲口服:B组:吡格列酮口服;C组:二甲双胍口服,2个月后比较临床效果并进行成本效果分析。结果3种方案的总成本分别为570.40元、596.30元、498.10元;成本效果比分别为6.42、7.07、5.21。结论C组方案为最佳方案。

ABSTRACT：OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical and economic effects of three hypoglycemic drugs for type-2 DM. METHODS 102cases of type-2 DM patients were divided randomly into 4 groups,group A：glimepiride pc;group B.pioglitazone pc;group C：metformin pc. The clinical effects were compared and the cost-effectiveness analysis was used after 2 months. RESULTS The costs of three schemes were 570.40 yuans,596.40 yuans and 398. 10 yuans, the cost-effectiveness ratios were 6. 42,7.07 and 5. 21. CONCLUSION Group C is the best scheme.
