Technological innovation is important impetus to enhance the core competence of medium-sized science and private enterprises,it is also the base to promote private enterprises＇ development. This paper make the Zhanjiang＇s cooker enterprises for an example, and do the real example analysis based on researches, use datas, the creation of economic models and other methods to explore technological innovation system and discussing the ways how to enhance the core competence of private enterprises.
