摘要
本文分析了供应链管理环境下物流管理的特点、原则,提出了一种供应链管理环境下的物流运作模式,并对物流运作中的物流网络规划、物流信息系统、库存模式、物流配送策略等关键技术进行了研究。
In this paper, the characters and principles of logistics under supply chain management are analyzed, An operation model of logistics under supply chain management is presented. The critical technologies in this model including logistics network, logistics information system, inventory model, logistics distribution are researched in detail.
