针对土地资产的特殊性,分析企业土地资产经营,提出企业土地资产盘活的途径,并利用价值分析理论对土地置换盘活企业土地资产做法进行了理论分析,对企业经营管理具有一定科学指导意义。

Aiming at the particularity of land capital, this article analyses management of enterprise land capital , advances approach of livening enterprise land capital ,and uses value analysis theory to analyze the measure of land permutation in livening enterprise land capital, which can contribute science and guidance significance to the enterprise management.
