摘要
首先分析了我国房地产市场供求失衡的现状;房地产投资保持了较高的增长速度,供给总量持续增加;房地产市场供求结构不尽合理;房地产价格增长较快,但不能据此说存在"过热"现象,且需求正旺。并对这种现状进行了原因分析。最后,从政府、房地产商及购房者三个方面提出了改善失衡状况的建议。
