摘要 针对国有大型企业技术创新中存在的科技瓶颈问题,引入基于核心竞争力的价值链、虚拟组织再造和战略信息理论与方法,对虚拟组织技术创新体系与机制进行较深入的分析。从资源战略观点出发,应用知识管理将整个体系视为契约型虚拟组织实体映射,提出了一种虚拟组织技术创新体系信息模式及其构建策略,解决了技术创新中资源的吸纳、组织、分配、优化等问题。介绍了该体系在国有大型石油企业的实践与应用效果。 Aiming to breakthrough bottlenecks existing in technology innovation of state owned large scale enterprises, the theories and methods of value chain based on core competitive power, virtual organization reengineering and strategic information management were introduced. The system and mechanism of virtual organization technology innovation were deeply analyzed. From the perspective of resource strategy, applying knowledge management, the whole system was regarded as a entity reflection of contractual virtual organization, and a information mode of virtual organization technology innovation and its architecting stratagem based on resource distribution was presented. The problems on resource absorption, organization, distribution and optimization were solved. At last, the application effectiveness of the system in state owned large scale petroleum enterprise was introduced.
