介绍了某电厂离心式一次风机后轴颈运行中,由于轴承跑内套导致轴颈损伤的原因以及修复工艺,采用手工修研微焊工艺进行修复,取得了良好的效果。
The reason of shaft journal abrasion cased by bearing lining unfasten during the operation of centrifugal primary air fan in power plant and the repairing technology are introduced, and the repairing is carried out with grinding and fine welding technology by hand. Good effect is got.
