摘要
从介绍串级调速装置的发展过程入手,讨论了流化床锅炉(CFB)风机采用内馈调速装置的必要性,并通过应用实例分析了内馈调速与挡板调节的节能效果差异,得出了内馈调速完全能满足电厂负荷对风机调速的要求。
Starting with the introduce of cascade control device development process, the necessary of inner backfeed control technology used for CFB boiler fan is discussed, the different energy saving effects of inner backfeed control technology and damper control are analyzed through actual examples, and the result shows inner backfeed control technology meets fully the requirement of fan control for power plant.
