东贝止咳液止咳、祛痰、平喘作用研究

Studies on Antitussive ,Expectorant and Antiasthmatic Actions of Dong Bei Zhike Oral Liquid

【目的】观察东贝止咳液的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。【方法】将实验动物随机分为5组,即模型对照组,东贝止咳液高、中、低剂量组和阳性对照组;采用氨水引咳法观察中药对小鼠的镇咳作用;采用枸橼酸引咳法观察中药对豚鼠的镇咳作用;采用酚红祛痰法观察中药对大、小鼠的祛痰作用;采用药物引喘法观察中药对豚鼠的平喘作用。【结果】东贝止咳液可增加引起半数小鼠咳嗽所需时间(tED50),其中中剂量组p(tED50,给药组/tED50,model)>130%,并可减少豚鼠的咳嗽次数;高、中剂量组可使大、小鼠酚红排出量增加,豚鼠的引喘潜伏期延长。【结论】东贝止咳液具有一定的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。

[ Objective] To observe the antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic actions of Dong Bei Zhike Oral Liquid （DBZOL）. [Methods] The experimental animals were randomized into 5 groups： model group, high-, moderate- and low-dose DBZOL groups, positive control group. The antitussive action of DBZOL was studied by ammonia water steaming test in mice and by citric acid test in guinea pigs, expectorant action of DBZOL in rats and mice was studied by phenol red secretion test, and antiasthmatic actions in guinea pigs by acecoline and histamine phosphate test. [ Results ] DBZOL prolonged the latency of coughing in half of the mice, the latency percentage of medication groups and model group being over 130% in moderate dose DBZOL group, and reduced the times of coughing. High-and moderate-dose DBZOL increased the secretion of phenol red in rats and mice and prolonged the latency of asthma in guinea pigs. [Conclusion] DBZOL has certain antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic actions.
