摘要
用活性炭固相萃取环境水中微量灭多威,然后用气相色谱法直接测定,方法简便、灵敏、准确。灭多威的检测限为0.2ng。水样中的最低检出浓度为0.2μg/L,平均加标回收率为95.8%-100.7%,高、中、低3种浓度的变异系数均小于5%。
A solid-phase extraction procedure of methomyl from environmental water with active carbon cartridge for gas chromatographic analysis is presented. The detection limit and the minimum detectable concentration of methomyl in water were 0.2 ng and 0.2μg/L, respectively. The average recoveries of methomyl as added to water were in the range of 95.8-100.7%. The relative standard deviations were lower than 5%.
