摘要
大学毕业生的就业权益包括两方面:一是在择业过程中享有的权利;二是录用单位给予的权利。当大学生的就业权益受到侵犯时,大学毕业生可依据《民法》、《劳动法》、《仲裁法》的相关规定进行自我维护。
Rights and interests graduating students＇ employment in universities include two aspects： the rights graduating students enjoy while seeking jobs; the rights given by employers . When their rights and interests are violated ,graduating students can appeal to selfprotection according to relative regulations of Civil Laws, Labor Laws, and Arbitration Laws.
