Reflections on Teaching under the Training Pattern of Practicality-oriented Talents and Its Practice

“应用型人才”的培养,要把握好课程教学在专业培养计划中的地位、强调的内容、发挥的作用。结合“机械制造技术基础”课程,对课程教学在机械类专业应用型人才知识结构中的地位、课程内容的合理性以及课程所包含的知识在实践工作中的实用价值几方面进行了有效的思考,并及时调整和安排实际的教学过程,为完成好教学任务、激发学生的学习兴趣、发挥学生在学习过程中的主动性,起到了一定的作用。

Under the framework of ＂Mechanized Technology： A Basic Course＂, the authors make a deep investigation into what part this course plays in the formation of knowledge structure of the practicalityoriented talents, the rationality of teaching content, and the practical value that the teaching content exhibits in the real work. Based on the above, the practical teaching process has been adjusted and arranged, which has produced some effects in fulfilling the teaching task, stimulating students＇ learning interest, and bringing students＇ initiative into play in the course of learning.
