广西沿海地区城镇可持续发展战略研究

On the Sustainable Developing Strategies of the Cities along Guangxi Coastal Areas

广西沿海地区系广西未来重点发展的区域,特别是广西提出构建北部湾(广西)经济区后,广西的“海上突破”战略思路更加清晰,毫无疑问未来广西沿海地区将成为北部湾(广西)经济区沿海城市群的核心地带。目前,广西沿海地区城镇发展的动力因子主要表现在优越的区位条件、良好的基础设施、较便利的交通条件及正在崛起的广西临海工业,这些动力因子为广西沿海地区的城镇发展提供了厚实的基础条件。但广西沿海地区的极核城市及次级中心城镇的规模尚小,经济结构不合理,经济实力较差,城镇对其周边的辐射力度较小,城镇的个性也不明显。在立足于广西沿海地区实际的基础上,为确保广西沿海地区城镇的可持续发展应采取正确的对策。

Guangxi coastal areas are the key developing zones of future Guangxi economy. Especially after the object of building Beipuwang Bay（Guangxi） economic zone, the more distinctive blueprint of ＂Breakthrough in the Sea＂ has undoubtedly pushed Guangxi coastal areas becoming the core zone of the coastal city agglomeration in Beipuwang Bay （ Guangxi ） economic zone. Upon the impetus factors such as predominant localization, fine basic equipment, conversant transportation and promising Guangxi coastal industry, the building of the cities along Guangxi coastal areas possesses the solid bases and conditions. However, with some demerits as the little sizes of some nuclear and sub-central cities, unreasonable economic contracture, poor economic power, slight around influence extent, ordinary city characteristics, there must be some strategies ensuring for the sustainable development of Guangxi coastal areas on the actuality.
