一种利用降阶模型求解电路状态方程的方法

摘要 随着微电子技术的迅速发展,电路时域、频域响应的分析已成为基本的、必不可少的处理过程,受到越来越多的关注。电路对激励的响应通常借助于电路的状态方程来求解,然而由于电路的规模越来越大,使得求解电路响应的难度也越来越大。本文给出一种结合时域、频域转换及阶数缩减的方法,将一个描述复杂电路的高阶状态方程近似等效为一个低阶状态方程,从而可方便地求出电路响应。 With the rapid development of micro-electronics technique, the circuit response analysis of time and frequency domain becomes a basic, absolutely necessary processing process, and is getting more and more attention. The circuit response analysis usually recurs to the circuit state equations, but the circuit scale becomes larger and larger, then solution of the circuit response also becomes harder. This paper presents a method of combining the time, frequency transform and order reduction, making the high order state equations describing the complex circuit be equivalent to low order state equations approximately, then we can easily get the circuit response.
