摘要
本文运用多孔丸模型与分散模型,建立了厌氧膨胀床处理聚醚类化工废水的动力学模型。通过试验测定有、无滞液膜时的降解速率等系列参数,运用计算机对模型进行了求解,并验证了动力学模型的有效性。动力学模型的模拟分析表明,依本模型预测的有机物浓度沿柱高的分布规律与实际情况甚为接近;生物膜厚对出水浓度有显著影响,本试验条件下的最佳膜厚为150~180μm。
A kinetics model of polyether chemical industry wastewater treatment in an anaerobic expanded bed has been established based on the dispersing model and the porous pellet model. A series of parameters, such as the degradation rates while having the detaining liquid film and those while having none, have been tested by means of experiment. At the same time, the kinetics model has been worked out through computer to compare with the tested parameters. The result confirms the validity of the model. The kinetics model analysis shows that the concentration rang of organic matter along the bed, which is forecasted by the kinetics model, is very similar to the acturality. It also shows that the biofilm thichness has significent effect on the effluent concentration and in our experiment condition the best biofilm thickness is 150 to 180 μm.
