摘要 网络处理器是下一代网络的关键技术,基于IXP2400的路由器设计正是这一技术的体现,首先介绍IXP2400处理器的性能结构和主要组成部分的功能,然后阐述了基于IXP2400网络处理器的IPv6路由器设计的方案,并着重描述了IPv6路由器数据平面的实现及系统资源分配策略。 Network Processor (NP) technology is one of the key technologies of the Next Generation Network. The research of IPv6 Router based on IXP2400 is the application of this technology, At :first, this paper briefly introduces the infrastructure and the main function of Intel IXP2400, then It provides a concrete scheme of IPv6 Router based on IXP2400 ,and it emphasizes the data plane design and implementation of the IPv6 Router based on IXP2400 and the distribution strategy of the system source.
