摘要
加热后的硼泥处理含油废水,投加量为4‰时,除油最佳pH范围为5~12,除油率达92%以上。油在硼泥上的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,20.0℃、25.0℃、30.0℃的饱和吸附量分别为58.6、65.5、71.5mg/g。吸附速度符合Langmuir吸附动力学方程。硼泥与混凝剂组合使用,可加快沉降速度,提高除油率。除油后的硼泥沉渣经灼烧得到的再生硼泥,除油率仍达98%以上。通过硼泥的红外光谱和X-射线衍射图,探讨了吸附油的机理。
The boron sludge activated by heating is used to treat oil containing wastewater, the best uptake pH is at the range of 5 ̄12 when it is added 0.4 percent and the percentage uptake of oils is 92 percent. The adsorption of oils on boron sludge fits for langmuir thermoisopleth. The largest adsortion quantity at the temprature of 20.0℃, 25.0℃, 30.0℃ is 58.6, 65.5, 71.5mg/g respectively. The Bangham equation and Langmuir equation have been used for dynamic modelling of the process. Using boron sludge and coagulants together can not only accelerate precipitation speed but also improve oil uptake percentage. The uptake percentage of the regeneration boron sludge sediments scorched reached 98% or more. The mechanism of adsorption was also studied with by infrared spectrum and X ray diffraction chart of boron sludge in this paper.
