摘要 简要介绍了多尺度理论和多参数相关分析方法的基本概念,阐述了多尺度理论及多参数相关分析方法在发酵过程优化与放大生产中的应用,提出了应用计算机软、硬件技术实现发酵过程在线优化控制系统的方法与措施。 This paper simply introduces the basic concepts of multi-yardstick theory and multi-parameter related analysis method, expounds the application of multi-yardstick theory and multi-parameter related analysis method in fermentation process optimization and enlargement production, and proposes the methods and measures of applying computer software and hardware technologies to realize the on-line optimization control system of fermentation process.
