奥曲肽对重症急性胰腺炎患者血液流变学的影响

Influence of Octreotide on Hemorheology in Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探讨奥曲肽对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者血液流变学的影响。方法:对比观察奥曲肽组(SPA患者24例)治疗前、后与对照组(健康受试者19例)血液流变学的变化,检测各项血液流变学指标血沉(ESR)、血沉方程(K)值、红细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞聚集指数(RDI)、红细胞变形指数(TK)、血浆粘度(ηp)、全血粘度(ηb)(高切、中切、低切)、全血还原粘度(ηL r)、红细胞刚性指数(IR)、卡松粘度(Ac)、卡松屈服应力(Yc)的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,奥曲肽组治疗后的各项血液流变学指标明显下降(P<0.01),与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:奥曲肽能有效纠正SPA患者血液流变学的异常,改善微循环。

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the influence of octreotide on the hemorheology in patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SPA） . METHODS： The hemorheological changes of 24 SPA patients who were treated with octreotide and 19 healthy subjects in control group were observed and compared, and the changes in hemorhcological indices including ESR, K value,HCT, RDI,TK,ηp, ηb, ηLr, IR,Ac,Yc were determined. RESULTS ： The hemorheological indices were significantly lower in patients treated with octreotide as against before treatment（P〈 0.01） ,while there was no significant difference as compared with the patients in the control group（P〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Octreotide can effectively correct the hemorheology abnormity of SPA patients and ameliorate microcirculation.
