临床研究中伦理学问题的共识与争议
Consensus and Controversy in Clinical Research Ethics
摘要
自《赫而辛基宣言》发表时起国际上就一致主张要保护研究对象的权益，在随后制定的官方指南。及发表的大量文献。中也体现出这一共识。尽管如此，其合法性还存在争议。本文将讨论临床研究中伦理学方面的共识与争议，重点放在其本质而不是过程上。
