摘要
BRAF基因属于RAF基因家族,其编码的蛋白在RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK信号转导调节途径中起重要作用。最近国外研究发现,BRAFV600E突变与甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)的发生、发展密切相关,为未来PTC的诊断和治疗提供了新的突破口。现综述BRAFV600E突变与PTC的研究进展。
BRAF gene is one member of RAF gene family, protein encoded by BRAF gene plays an important role in the MAP kinase pathway. Recently, numerous studies from abroad have found that the point mutation of BRAF^V600E has a close relationship with the genesis and progression of papillary thyroid cancer. What's more,this discovery will develop a new breakthrough in the diagnosis and therapy of papillary thyroid cancer. This review will address the recent advancement of BRAF^V600E mutation and papillary thyroid cancer.
