摘要
研究了用喷雾分解、干燥法由低品位氧化锌制备活性氧化锌的工艺。实验结果表明,低品位氧化锌矿经碳酸氢铵、氨水与水的质量比5∶8∶14的浸取液浸取,浸取率为94.67%。浸取液中的氧化锌含量可达23.3%(质量分数),用锌粉除杂净化,过滤除去杂质。滤液在喷雾干燥塔430℃的入口温度下喷雾热分解,再经过400℃下的流化床处理9 m in,可得到含量为99.5%(质量分数)高活性的氧化锌。其吸碘值为87.96 mg/g,活性显著高于蒸氨煅烧法所得的氧化锌,是一种新的高活性氧化锌的制备方法。
The preparation of active zinc oxide by spray drying method from a low- grade zinc oxide ore was studied. The low - grade ore was leached by NH4HCO3 ,NH3 · H20 and H20 at a weight ratio 5: 8: 14. The leaching efficiency was 94.67% and the ZnO content in the leaching solution was up to 23.3%. The impurity of leaching solution was precipitated by zinc powder and filtered. Then the filtrate was injected into a spray drying tower at entrance temperature 430℃. The obtained powder was heated at 400℃ in a fluidized bed for 9 rain. The active zinc oxide was obtained with a purity of 99.5%. The iodine - absorbed quantity of active zinc oxide prepared was 87.96 mg/g and much higher than that of the other preparation method.
