摘要
以卧式车床为研究对象,从各种车床床头箱多种齿轮啮合的结构特点出发,总结分析出车床噪声源的系列,并对多种车床噪声源进行分析研究.通过对噪声的分析,以确定引起噪声超标的零部件,对各种零部件采取修正措施,从而为有效地采取降低噪声的措施提供了科学依据.
Each kind of lathe headstock has the feature of gear meshing, from this point of view, one can summarize the lathe noise source types and give further study of it. Through noise diagnosis, the part which causes over-standard noise can be accurately determined. Further, the correcting measure can be taken to each kind of part for achieving the clear goal. Thus, it can provide the scientific basis for adopting effective noise reduction measure
