摘要
文章介绍了AE型乳化炸药连续混拌系统设计思路,给出了合理的工艺参数混拌分散线速度3.0～3.5m/s;混拌机长度3.0m,混拌机生产能力1.5～3.5t/h。试验证明采用合理的工艺参数,连续混拌机效率高,混拌效果良好。
The design idea of continuous mixing system of AE emulsion system is introduced in this paper. The reasonable process parameters of 3. 0-3. 5m/s mixing dispersion linear velocity, 3. 0m mixer length and 1.5 3. 5t/h mixer production capacity are given out. It has been testified that the process parameters can bring high efficiency of continuous mixer and good mixing effect.
