摘要
一、概述 啤酒行业在中国的酿酒工业中是比较年轻的行业,但在近二十多年来,取得了令人瞩目的成绩,产量已跃居世界第一位,规模不断扩大,技术水平不断提高,啤酒品种不断增多,竞争越演越烈。随着原料、能源、运输等价格不断膨胀,以及国外品牌不断进入,啤酒企业面临着巨大挑战,今后如何应对市场的竞争,如何提高产品的竞争力,是一个很值得研究的课题。
Beer trade is a younger trade in the wine making industry of China, but in the past 20 years, it have made big achievement attracting people's attention, the output has already leapt to the first place in the world, the scale is expanding constantly, the engineering level is being improved constantly, beer variety is increasing constantly and the competition is more and more fiery. As prices such as raw materials, energy, transportation, etc. are swelling constantly, and the constant entry of foreign brand, beer enterprises face the enormous challenge, how to tackle the competition of the market in the future, how to improve the competitiveness of the products, these subjects are very worth studying.
