SHANGHAI - 1 September 2006 - Pizza spinning sounds like an impossible task to many of us. However, competitors of the Chinese Pizza Championship should be unfazed by it. This is the inaugural Chinese Pizza Championship and the winner will represent China in the World Pizza Championship in USA in March 2007. The Championship will be held alongside FHC China 2006 - China＇s leading international food ＆ hospitality trade event from 30 November to 2 December 2006 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre （SNIEC）, Pudong.
