The container ship is an important kind of transportation tools. As the development of worldmaritime industry and the increase of cargoes, the fleet of container ship becomes larger andlarger, so as their scale. The amount of world container ship increases to 3784 by July 2006.There’re six generations of container ship. The development of its fleet is also the process of itsenlargement. During recent years, many manufacturers invest in large container ships and theenlargement tendency will still go on in the future.
