摘要 脉冲激光沉积法制备HAP生物陶瓷涂层是一项极有发展潜力的新技术。本文介绍了采用脉冲激光沉积法制备HAP生物陶瓷涂层的研究背景、原理与意义,并对其4个主要研究方向:溅射机理、沉积条件与涂层质量的关系、HAP涂层的生理功能、脉冲激光沉积新工艺的最新研究现状进行了概括与总结。 Pulsed laser deposited hydroxyapatite coatings is a new promising technology. Its main research background, deposition principle and research meaning were introduced ; and the latest development of ils four research orientations : spattering mechanisms ,relationship between deposition conditions and the coatings' quality, physiological function of the deposited HAP coatings, and the new technology of pulsed laser deposition were summarized.
