摘要
对汽轮机断裂叶片进行了金相组织观察、断口扫描及能谱分析。结果表明该汽轮机叶片的断裂是由于叶片边缘与加热器接触,导致局部组织严重过热,从而使该处强度降低,萌生裂纹源,在交变应力作用下裂纹进一步扩展最终导致疲劳断裂。
Metallographic observation, fracture scanning and energy dispersion spectrum analysis on the fractured turbine blade were carried out. The results show that the failure of the turbine blade is caused by contact of the blade edge with the heating element, which leads to overheat on partial areas so as to decrease the strength of the areas, and then the source of microcracks is formed. By the action of alternating stress, the microcracks would eventually lead to fatigue cracking.
