摘要
高压固结灌浆是隧洞施工处理的常规手段,其质量直接影响隧洞运行安全,因此对施工质量进行检测以便排除隐患十分重要。近十年来,多种方法的综合声波测试已成为灌浆效果检测的有效手段之一,但对多种方法检测结果分别评判是否达到设计标准难下定论。为此,通过对大量声波、弹模数据和工程运行情况进行对比、统计和分析,总结出了一种针对隧洞高压固结灌浆效果的多种声波检测综合数据统计方法,并已用于多个水电项目中。
The high pressure consolidation grouting is a routine measure for tunnel construction treatment, the safe operation of tunnel depends much on the grouting quality, so it is very important for tunnel construction to detect the construction quality to get rid of the safety risk. During the past ten years, many kinds of synthesized acoustic detection methods have been the effective measures for detecting grouting effect, but it is not easy to decide whether the separate detecting result estimation about muhifold methods meets the requirements of design standards or not. This paper presents a new synthesized statistical method for acoustic detection data processing based on the contrast to and statistic & analysis on a great deal of data of acoustic detection, elastic modulus and tunnel operation conditions, which has been applied in many hydropower projects.
