摘要
分析了正规了望的内涵,提出了加强正规了望的具体方法及措施,对船舶的安全航行具有一定的指导意义。
This article introduces the connotation and implication of maintaining a proper look -out, puts forward the idiographic methods and measures. The safe navigation of watercrafts may benefit from it.
