摘要
采用计时电流法测定中继体Os(bpy)23+/3+在聚合物AQ单层和AQ与PVP组成的复合膜修饰电极中的扩散系数分别为4.57×10-9cm2/s和1.44×10-8cm2/s。结果显示复合膜中中继体的扩散系数比单层膜中的扩散系数大3倍。
Determination of diffusion coeffcient of Os(bpy)3^2+ in monolayer film and composite film by chronoamperometry. The diffusion coefficients of Os(bpy)3^2+ in AQ- Os(bpy)3^2+ and AQ-- Os (bpy)3^2+/PVP coatings are 4.57×10^-9cm^2/s and 1.44×10^-8cm^2/srespectively,indicating that the diffusion of mediator in composite is faster than in the single by a factor of 3 .
