高校科技保密工作存在的问题与对策

当前,科学技术情报越来越成为国与国之间竞争的焦点,高校科技保密工作是国家科技秘密的重要组成部分。但高校科技保密工作还存在着机构不完善、制度不健全、经费不足等问题,其主要原因为科技保密意识淡薄、不重视科技保密工作、对科技保密工作缺乏指导、经费不足。我们应加强科技保密意识宣传、健全科技保密制度、发展先进保密技术,加强科技保密管理干部队伍建设,与时俱进,全力以赴做好高校科技保密工作。

At present the information of science and technology has become increasingly a focus among countries＇ competition, hi-tech secrecy work in colleges and universities is an important component in keeping our country＇ science and technology secret. But there are some problems in it, such as the imperfection of organizations, the shortage of rules and insufficiency of fund. The principal reason is the weak awareness to the work. We should take some steps to construct the related management team and improve the work.
